Hmm, I first thought that I'd just update the first post a bit to a less self-glorifying form, but ended up rewriting it completely. For some reason it doesn't show that it has been edited, which confuses me a bit. Well, anyways.
I'm back, just like I hoped I would be.
I've been sick for few days now. (That's what you get for sauna and running around naked. Alcohol was involved but not harmed. Just used.) I don't tend to get fever and this time was the worst ever.
But since we don't know eachother well enough for you (not saying there was anyone reading this) to be interested in my feverish nonsense.
Speaking of which (interests) I'll continue with the list:
Baking
The first one I ended up naming 'Two girls and way too many cup(cake)s', because I made 24 of them and the other girl (or my dog, you could say too) was forbidden to have any. So I had to eat my way through them alone. I won, but haven't baked anything sweet for a month now.
Sorry about the crappy picture, but it's my first ever ryebread. It turned out quite well, I must say. It was delicious.
But then again, I'm not much of a baker either, I love it. But I do it only once in a while, so not any clever tips to be expected from here. More like "yay, I didn't burn these cinnamonrolls". I normally burn at least half of what ever I'm doing when it comes to baking. I can't just sit and wait in the kitchen and watch the stuff in the oven and if I do something else too, then *kaboom* they have burned before the time's even up.
Random activity, crafts, what ever you want to call it:
Because
of my love for photography, I can't say how bad I feel about the
quality of these two following pictures, but because of the lighting in
the location is horrible, I couldn't do much. I could have taken it out
too, but it would have been quite a lot more difficult to represent the
usage.
The
story is simple. One evening I got this idea of giving a new life to
pair of reindeer antlers (I didn't yet have). At our school canteen I
asked if my friends could search for a pair of those for me while
shopping second hand (which they are very fond of too) and in the same
moment one of them told me she had just seen a pair in a local place.
So, bought, some polishing, spray color, some glossy spray varnish and
ta-dah! The backgroung (sorry, forgot the word in finnish too) was made
at school, it's aluminium and was made with sand casting (if that's even
the right word, feel free to correct). To be honest it wasn't that fast
project as I made it sound like. It would have been, but sometimes I
get bored with some stuff and then it takes a while to return my
interest.
And by the way, all you haters. If I didn't
warn you already, I'm a mink lady, I don't have anything against using
vintagefur. First of all, it's old, burning it wouldn't give the animal
its life back. Second, it's way more ecological choice (cause it's
second hand) than the syntheticmaterials that people wear so much (and
it does actually decompose too, your acrylic sweater that is usable for
two winters doesn't do that).
So, if you must tell me
how horrible murdered I am, feel free to. I'm planning to take my dog
hunting too. And I prefer my meat as raw as possible.
And, oh,
yeah. I don't stop wearing fur if someone throws a paint bucket on me
(hasn't happened yet, I'm glad). I'll just search for vintage boutiques
and average second hand shops for a "new" one. A fur is best vintercoat
I've ever had. It's warm, it breathes and if it has lasted for 20+ years
already I'm quite sure its not the worst choise for a wintercoat. So,
all you vegetarians wearing leathershoes and vegans using materials that
don't ever decompose, look in to the mirror. I'm not a saint, but don't
pretend that you are.
And I think I'm trough with the listing, at least for now. I think I'll try to open up my list a bit better in the next post.
For the closure, the jewelry. Obvious things for Miss Obvious Prime like me:
